◆ DIBBA AL HISN · SHARJAH EAST COAST

Generative AI Trainer in Dibba Al Hisn — Hitesh Motwani

I work as a Generative AI Trainer in Dibba Al Hisn for the teams that keep the Sharjah side of town running: the municipality and its councils, the Chamber branch, heritage and festival organisers, schools and community services. We build every exercise on the minutes, notices, service replies and reports your people already write, in the AI tools your entity has approved.

The town is about 90 minutes by road from Sharjah city, so we usually begin live online, and I travel to the east coast when a full-day group justifies it.

✓ Designed to sit beside the Sharjah Digital Department’s central AI programmes, not compete with them  ·  ✓ Arabic and English drafting practice, with a fluent colleague approving what gets published  ·  ✓ Written for professionals: my book Generative AI 360° (ZebraLearn, 2025)  ·  ✓ Latest verified UAE engagement: Jeebly’s leadership team in Dubai, September 2026

◆ WHAT YOUR OFFICE GETS

What a council or department gets from hiring me

Your own papers, anonymised
I work from your minutes, notices, FAQs or circulars, so staff leave with drafts they can use that week.
Public-sector rules
We stay inside your entity's approved tools and data policies, and I agree the do-and-don't list with your IT or quality lead.
Two languages, checked
Most public text here goes out in Arabic and English, so I teach a draft, compare and approve routine.
A kit that stays
A prompt sheet per role, a review checklist for AI drafts, and a 30-day plan for the section head.
◆ THE ROLE

What a generative AI trainer does for a public-service team

The work is practical coaching: how to brief tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or NotebookLM, how to check what comes back, and where they must not be used. In a public office that last part matters most: a tool can misquote a council decision or invent a date on a heritage panel.

Generic courses tour features. For Sharjah-side teams I do something narrower:

◆ WHY DIBBA AL HISN

Why AI skills matter on the Sharjah side of Dibba

Dibba Al Hisn is the most northerly of Sharjah’s three east-coast towns, a semi-exclave between Dibba Al Fujairah to the south and Oman’s Dibba Al Baya to the north, with about 15,000 residents at the 2022 census. Small as it is, it has a full Sharjah government set-up: Dibba Al Hisn City Municipality, created under Sharjah Law No. 2 of 2004 after years of being run from Khor Fakkan; a Municipal Council; a Suburb Council formed by Emiri Decree in November 2024; a Parents Council; and a Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry branch.

All of that runs on writing. The municipality delivered 17,893 services in 2024, including 5,738 sewer requests and 1,920 Sharjah Call Center requests. The Municipal Council spent 2025 reviewing the 2026 project list, and 2026 brought the Al Hisn Island Bridge, a SEWA natural-gas network and a 55,000-seedling planting drive, each needing public updates.

Sharjah is also training its own staff in AI: the Sharjah Digital Department’s Data and AI Mastery Programme is running a second cohort of 40 employees from 25 entities under the Digital Transformation Strategy 2026–2028. These programmes are emirate-wide and centrally run, and none targets Dibba Al Hisn. A short local session helps the people who write the town’s notices and minutes apply them at their own desks.

◆ WHO IT'S FOR

Sharjah-side teams I train

Municipality departments
Engineering, public health, agriculture, operations and customer-happiness staff.
Council secretariats
Staff supporting the Municipal, Suburb and Parents Councils: agendas, minutes and proposals.
The Chamber branch
Member-services staff at the Sharjah Chamber's Dibba Al-Hisn branch.
Heritage teams
Anyone writing visitor text for Al Hisn Fort, the Heritage Village or heritage events.
Festival organisers
Chamber and municipality staff behind the Al Maleh and Fishing Festival.
Schools and community services
Teachers, parent-council volunteers, the Sports and Cultural Club and social-services staff.
◆ BEFORE AND AFTER

Seven Sharjah-side workflows, before and after

These are workflows I teach, not results from a past Dibba Al Hisn client. Every example uses anonymised or public material.

Council minutes and action logs
Before: minutes are typed from handwritten notes days after the meeting, and decisions drift. After: approved notes become a draft in the council's format, each decision gets an owner and date, and the secretary checks every line against the record.
Bilingual resident notices
Before: a notice about works near the new bridge is written in Arabic, then translated in a rush. After: one approved fact sheet yields matching Arabic and English versions, compared side by side and signed off.
Service FAQs and reply templates
Before: questions about sewer connections or park bookings are answered one caller at a time. After: approved procedures become an FAQ and adaptable replies, with no resident names or ID numbers pasted into a tool.
Annual service report
Before: one person spends weeks turning service tables into a narrative. After: the tables become a first-draft report and council briefing, and a human verifies every figure.
Heritage interpretation text
Before: fort visitor text is rewritten for each leaflet. After: staff draft only from Sharjah Archaeology Authority material, adjust reading level with AI, and a specialist checks every date.
Festival exhibitors and Chamber newsletters
Before: exhibitor questions arrive by phone and WhatsApp, and the member newsletter is assembled last-minute. After: one exhibitor pack produces a bilingual FAQ and reminders, circulars become short member items, and a manager approves both.
Lesson planning and personal reading
Before: a teacher builds three levels of one worksheet by hand, and a long strategy document sits unread. After: the teacher edits AI drafts from their own objective, and the section head asks an approved tool what changes for their unit, then checks the cited pages.

◆ HOW I WORK

How I work, and what you can check

I’m Hitesh Motwani, a corporate generative AI trainer and the founder of Skillopedia, a registered UAE company (Skillopedia FZC LLC), working with UAE teams on-site. You can read my full background here.

With public offices I start from the paperwork, not the product: which documents take longest, who checks them, and what must never leave the building. My book follows the same practical line.

  • Author of Generative AI 360° (ZebraLearn, 2025), a 472-page practical guide to ChatGPT, image tools and no-code AI workflows for professionals
  • Recent UAE work includes an AI Excellence Workshop for the leadership team at Jeebly in Dubai (September 2026), and hands-on leadership training for Transworld Group
  • 17+ years training professionals, and focused on generative AI since 2023
  • More than 200,000 professionals trained across my career in digital marketing and AI, and 600+ organisations on Skillopedia’s published client list, across 16+ countries (my and Skillopedia’s records)
  • A 4.8/5 average post-session rating across 300+ surveyed participants (Skillopedia’s records)
  • Listed as visiting faculty at K J Somaiya Institute of Management; guest on Tata Tele Business Services’ Do Big podcast on generative AI for SMEs (December 2023)

◆ GOVERNANCE

Using AI safely inside a Sharjah government entity

The UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) excludes government authorities and their data, and health data has its own rules. Municipal, council and federal staff follow their entity’s data and AI policies and Sharjah Digital Department guidance; private businesses, including Chamber members, fall under the PDPL.

The municipality already works to four ISO standards, so AI use can follow the same documented habits:

Approved tools only
Start from what your entity licenses or permits, and set a plain rule on personal accounts and free apps.
Data that stays out
Resident names, ID numbers, addresses, complaints and closed-session council material never go into a prompt.
Named reviewers
Each public text has a named checker for facts, figures and the Arabic version; decisions are never left to a tool.
One or two measures
For example, days from meeting to circulated minutes, rechecked after 30 days.
◆ LOCAL SECTORS

Where AI fits across Dibba Al Hisn's institutions

Municipal services
Sewer, parks, livestock supervision and call-centre requests. Start with reply templates and the annual report.
Fishing and Al Maleh
A 1978 fishing wharf for about 80 boats (not a cargo port), beside Souq Makhazin Al-Maleh, the salted-fish storage market. Start with bilingual product lists in community workshops.
Festival and Chamber
The Chamber and municipality run the Al Maleh and Fishing Festival on Al Hisn Island: 45,000+ visitors in 2025 and 80+ exhibitors in 2026, over 50 of them productive families. Start with exhibitor packs and post-event reports.
Heritage
Al Hisn Fort holds finds from the Hellenistic, Portuguese and Qawasim eras and is being restored with the aim of UNESCO registration. Start with fact-checked visitor text.
Development projects
Hisn Island housing, a commercial centre and a new hospital under construction. Start with resident updates and project FAQs.
Education and youth
Parents Council school visits reached 930 students in September 2026. Start with lesson planning and parent letters.
◆ SERVICE AREA

Dibba Al Hisn and the rest of the east coast

Dibba Al Hisn and Dibba Al Fujairah form one continuous town under two governments. This page covers the Sharjah side’s public and community teams; my page for resort, dive and port teams across Dibba covers the rest. Private businesses from both sides can share a session, but government work is always planned separately.

Along the coast, Khor Fakkan, about 43 km south, has its own page, as does Kalba. For emirate-wide projects see my main Sharjah page, and for directors, my leadership briefings for Sharjah directors.

◆ PROOF

Named work, and why it transfers to public offices

I haven’t run a session in Dibba Al Hisn, and I won’t pretend otherwise. These named engagements are the closest match to Sharjah-side work.

  • "The workshop was very informative and helped me understand the different ways AI could be used. Most importantly, it busted the myth that AI could replace humans." — Vidya Ravi, Research Associate, Claricent Partners
  • "Hitesh did a great job raising awareness around the foundational concepts of AI, with a hands-on approach to solving real work problems." — Yogesh Kane, Account Manager, Ateeca
Jeebly, Dubai: leadership workshop
Jeebly's leadership team attended my AI Excellence Workshop in September 2026, as the company posted on LinkedIn. It covered tool choice, assistants versus more autonomous agents, and prompting: the calls a director makes before approving AI use.
CarDekho / GirnarSoft: work on live files
A 50-person HR and operations group trained on their own files. That is the model for a municipal back office: real, anonymised requests and reports instead of textbook examples.
Beroe: research with multiple tools
Research managers and analysts practised across several AI tools and data analysis, the closest parallel to heritage and reporting staff who must check every claim against a source.
Tata Tele Business Services: SMEs
I discussed generative AI for small businesses on the Do Big podcast (December 2023), which shapes the community workshops I would offer productive families and fishing businesses.
◆ FORMATS AND LOGISTICS

Formats and logistics for Dibba Al Hisn

Online comes first: a two-hour live block fits around council meetings and service-desk rotas. For a full workshop day with enough participants, I come to your premises or a room you arrange on the east coast.

Each engagement is quoted separately on format, preparation, group size and travel, contracted via Skillopedia FZC LLC, a registered UAE company, with an NDA if needed. For a talk rather than a workshop, see my page as an AI keynote speaker in Dibba Al Hisn, or read how my online sessions run.

Online working session
Two hours on one document type, such as minutes or resident notices, for up to 15 staff.
On-site workshop day
A full day on the east coast for 8 to 20 people, built on documents shared in advance.
Director briefing
Ninety minutes for directors and council chairs on what to approve, what to forbid and how to measure it. Delivered by me.
Community workshop and 30-day check-in
A short practical session for productive families or small fishing businesses, arranged with a host; plus an online follow-up for any group a month later.
◆ FAQS

Hiring a Generative AI Trainer in Dibba Al Hisn: common questions

How to draft and check the documents the team already produces: resident notices in two languages, service FAQs, reply templates, statistics narratives and council papers. Examples are anonymised, and every exercise ends with a human review.

No. Programmes such as the Data and AI Mastery Programme are emirate-wide and centrally run. My sessions are small and task-specific, and where staff have attended SDD training I align my examples with it.

No. The PDPL excludes government authorities and government data, so your entity’s own data and AI policies and Sharjah government guidance set the rules. Private businesses, including Chamber members, are covered by it.

Yes, for a full-day workshop with enough participants to justify the drive, with travel included in the quote. Shorter sessions and follow-ups run live online, which suits service-desk rotas.

It can draft and adapt, but it must not be the source. We work only from Sharjah Archaeology Authority or your heritage body’s material, and a specialist checks every date and attribution.

English. We practise producing Arabic drafts with the tools and comparing them with the English version, and a fluent colleague approves anything published.

Yes, in a separate community workshop, covering product descriptions, price lists and customer messages in both languages, without customer data.

Because the buyers differ. The Fujairah side has the resorts, dive centres and port; the Sharjah side is mostly public and community teams working under Sharjah government rules.

I do, for director briefings and the workshops I quote as mine. Anyone else involved is named before you agree anything.

Send me three documents your office writes every month

Tell me your entity, the team and its size, the AI tools you’re allowed to use and three recurring documents, such as minutes, notices or reports. I’ll reply with a suggested format and whether to start online or on-site.
