A practitioner who trains, not a slide-deck speaker
Most AI training ends with inspired people and unchanged workflows. Hitesh runs sessions where every participant builds something live — a prompt library, a RAG assistant on internal documents, an agent that clears a recurring task — and leaves with work they can repeat on Monday.
- 17+ years across AI, digital transformation and marketing leadership
- Trained Google's Bard team on ML and Generative AI
- 200+ CMO leadership sessions and CXO workshops for groups including Adani, HUL and Flipkart
- Advisory work with the Vietnamese Government's National AI Hub initiative
- Mentor with Meta (Facebook) for Startups, 91Springboard and WeWork
- Keynote speaker in India, UAE, Singapore and Malaysia

What we cover in a Generative AI corporate training
Modules are assembled to fit your audience. A finance team and an engineering team start in different places — the agenda is confirmed with you before delivery.
AI, ML & LLM foundations
How large language models actually work, where they fail, and the vocabulary leaders need to make decisions.
Prompt engineering that holds up
Role, context and constraint patterns, chain-of-thought, evaluation and reusable prompt libraries per department.
RAG on your own documents
Retrieval-Augmented Generation end to end: chunking, embeddings, vector search, grounding and citation, plus how to stop hallucinated answers on policy and product data.
AI agents & agentic workflows
Tool use, function calling, MCP, multi-step agents and human-in-the-loop design — with honest guidance on what to automate and what to leave alone.
The tool stack, compared
Hands-on with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot — which one to reach for, and when.
Governance, risk & ethics
Data privacy, confidentiality, IP, bias, model choice and an acceptable-use policy your legal team can sign off.
Building your AI strategy
Use-case discovery, prioritisation by value and effort, pilot design, and the internal AI stack that supports it.
Customised workshop modules
Bring your own backlog. We rebuild the agenda around live tasks — tender responses, credit notes, campaign briefs, QA reports, whatever eats your week.
AI for every business function
Separate tracks for HR, sales, marketing, finance, operations, legal and customer service — each with its own prompts and metrics.
Generative AI training for each team in the business
The fastest adoption happens when people see AI doing their job, not a generic one. Every workshop runs function-wise breakouts.
Sales
Account research, proposal drafts, call summaries, objection handling, CRM hygiene.
Marketing
Campaign concepts, SEO briefs, ad variants, brand-safe content at speed. AI for marketing
HR & L&D
JD writing, screening support, interview kits, policy Q&A bots, onboarding content.

Variance commentary, reconciliation checks, contract review support, MIS narratives.

Credit, compliance and customer ops use cases with strict data handling.
Pharma & healthcare
Medical writing support, regulatory documents, field-force enablement.
Manufacturing
Maintenance logs, quality reports, SOPs and supply-chain analysis.

Multi-country organisations usually run one shared leadership briefing, then regional hands-on workshops so each office works in its own language of business, tools and compliance rules.

“Our leadership team gained incredible insights from Hitesh's training. Generative AI is now an integral part of our daily operations.”
— CEO, Tata Group Subsidiary“Hitesh's session on AI strategies helped us cut inefficiencies by 40%. His ability to make complex topics simple is unmatched.”
— HR Head, Leading Bank in IndiaGenerative AI corporate training: common questions
How long does a corporate Generative AI training run?
Anything from a 90-minute executive briefing to a 30-hour capability program. The most common enterprise choice is a one-day hands-on workshop per team, preceded by a leadership session so sponsors and participants start from the same expectations.
Do you customise the workshop for our company?
Yes — customisation is the default, not an add-on. Before delivery we agree on your tools, your data-handling rules and a shortlist of live use cases, then rebuild exercises around them so people practise on real work.
Do you cover RAG and AI agents, or only prompting?
Both. Prompt engineering is the entry point; RAG on internal documents and agentic workflows with tool use are full modules for teams ready to build. Engineering groups typically go further into evaluation, guardrails and deployment.
Which AI tools do participants work with?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, plus whichever enterprise stack you already licence. Where a company has standardised on one tool, the workshop runs entirely inside it.
Can you train teams in both India and the UAE?
Yes. Hitesh delivers onsite across Indian metros and across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the northern emirates — and runs live online cohorts for teams elsewhere.
Is the training suitable for non-technical teams?
Yes. Sales, HR, finance, legal and operations teams make up most participants. No coding is required in the business tracks; technical depth is available in separate engineering sessions.
What do participants take away?
A department prompt library, working examples built during the session, recordings where permitted, and a written adoption plan for the sponsor.
How do we get a proposal and pricing?
Book a call and share team size, locations and preferred dates. You receive a written agenda and commercial proposal, usually within a few working days.
