◆ CHATGPT TRAINING · SHARJAH SIDE OF DIBBA

ChatGPT AI Trainer in Dibba Al Hisn for Municipal, Council and Festival Teams

Hiring a ChatGPT AI Trainer in Dibba Al Hisn usually starts with one question: can my staff use ChatGPT on municipal and council paperwork without breaking our data rules? I’m Hitesh Motwani, and I answer it inside ChatGPT, on the plan your office has or is considering, using anonymised copies of your own templates and minutes.

Sessions start live online; for a full-day group I come to the east coast by arrangement.

✓ One ChatGPT project per recurring job: council papers, resident notices, festival reports  ·  ✓ A written list of what staff must never paste into a chat  ·  ✓ Plan advice for one person versus a whole office  ·  ✓ Custom GPTs sorted before they switch off on 11 December 2026

◆ YOU KEEP THESE

Four working set-ups your office keeps after the session

A project for each repeat document
Agenda templates, approved minutes and your house style in one ChatGPT project, so drafts open in your format.
A do-not-paste card
One page, signed off by your IT or quality lead, naming the data that never goes into ChatGPT.
A two-language notice routine
Arabic and English versions of one notice drafted in a writing block, compared line by line, then approved by a colleague.
A plan recommendation in writing
Which plan suits each person or unit, what it cannot do, and what to ask IT before anyone subscribes.
◆ THE CHATGPT TRAINER'S JOB

What a ChatGPT trainer actually does for a public office

I show staff how to set ChatGPT up for repeat work, brief it, catch its errors and recognise where it should not be used. In a council that last point matters most: ChatGPT will confidently misstate a decision or put the wrong date on a works notice.

The product also moved fast in 2026: connectors became apps and then plugins, ChatGPT Work arrived in July, and Custom GPTs are being retired. Everything here reflects the product as of September 2026.

  1. Read three documents your team writes every month
  2. Build the project, instructions and reference files with your staff
  3. Produce each document by hand and with ChatGPT, then compare
  4. Write the do-not-paste list with your IT lead
  5. After 30 days, recheck one measure, such as hours spent on the monthly service report
◆ WHY THIS TOWN

Why ChatGPT skills matter to Dibba Al Hisn's institutions

Dibba Al Hisn is the northernmost of Sharjah’s east-coast towns, a semi-exclave sharing one built-up area with Dibba Al Fujairah and bordering Oman’s Dibba Al Baya. About 15,000 people lived there in the 2022 Sharjah census, yet it has its own City Municipality (Sharjah Law No. 2 of 2004), a Municipal Council, a Suburb Council created by Emiri Decree (November 2024), a Parents Council and a Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry branch.

Nearly all of that runs on text. The municipality recorded 17,893 services in 2024, among them 5,738 sewer requests and 1,825 park bookings, and 2026 brought a new island bridge and a SEWA gas network that residents needed to hear about. Minutes, notices, replies and reports are exactly the repeat writing a well-built ChatGPT project handles best.

Sharjah trains government staff in AI centrally: the Data and AI Mastery Programme, run by the Sharjah Digital Department, took a second cohort of 40 staff from 25 entities in 2026. A ChatGPT session here is narrower, setting the tool up for the documents one team writes every week.

◆ CHATGPT, BEFORE AND AFTER

Seven ChatGPT workflows for Dibba Al Hisn offices

Taught with anonymised or public material; none describes a past client in Dibba Al Hisn.

A council project with templates and past minutes
Before: the clerk retypes last month's file. After: a shared project holds the agenda template, three approved minutes and format instructions; cleaned notes become a draft in the council's layout, each decision listed with an owner and deadline for the chair to confirm.
Bilingual resident notices in writing blocks
Before: an Arabic notice about road works near Al Hisn Island is translated in a rush. After: one approved fact sheet yields both versions in a writing block; staff check dates, streets and numbers line by line before approval.
Meeting summaries with record mode
Before: notes are written up days later. After: where your plan offers record mode and the chair agrees, ChatGPT drafts a summary and action list for the secretary to verify. Closed sessions are never recorded.
Service FAQs answered from approved documents
Before: a sewer-connection question gets three different answers. After: on Business or Enterprise, company knowledge answers staff from approved procedures and cites its source; smaller plans use a project with the same files.
Service tables turned into a yearly report
Before: weeks of writing. After: data analysis reads the exported table, draws charts and drafts commentary; a named person checks every total.
Simple visuals for the Al Maleh festival
Before: hunting for a designer to make a directions card. After: image generation gives a simple layout to brief from, with no official logos, no real people and nothing passed off as a photo of the fort.
A weekly digest on a schedule
Before: a section head reads every update on Thursday night. After: a scheduled task drafts the summary, and ChatGPT Work turns an exhibitor list into a checklist and reminder drafts, pausing for staff sign-off.

◆ WHO TEACHES

Who runs the session, and what you can check

I’m Hitesh Motwani, founder and lead trainer at Skillopedia, a registered UAE company (Skillopedia FZC LLC), working with UAE teams on-site; read my background here. With a public office I begin with the paper trail: which documents take longest, who signs them off and what must stay inside the building.

  • Author of Generative AI 360° (ZebraLearn, April 2025), 472 pages on ChatGPT, image tools and no-code workflows
  • In September 2026 Jeebly’s leadership team in Dubai took my AI Excellence Workshop, as the company posted on LinkedIn
  • 17+ years training professionals; focused on generative AI since 2023
  • Over 200,000 professionals trained across a career in digital marketing and then AI; 600+ organisations on Skillopedia’s published client list, in 16+ countries (our records)
  • Sessions in English; Arabic versions are drafted in ChatGPT and approved by a fluent colleague

◆ PLANS, DATA, RULES

Choosing a plan and setting rules in a Sharjah government office

Start with who controls the account. Free, Go and Plus are personal plans that nobody in the office can manage. Business (formerly Team) gives 2 to 200 people a managed workspace with SAML single sign-on, shared projects, company knowledge and workspace agents, and business data is not used for training by default. Enterprise adds SCIM and role-based access, and is usually bought centrally.

Read the UAE residency terms carefully. Storing data in the UAE is offered to new Enterprise and Edu customers, not Business. Under UAE inference residency (also Enterprise and Edu), only GPT-5.5 and GPT-5.6 Luna run; ChatGPT Work, image generation and improved memory are off, and data sent through apps or web search leaves the boundary. In-country processing costs several workflows on this page.

Government bodies and government data sit outside the UAE PDPL (Article 2 of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), so municipal and council staff follow their entity’s own data and AI policies and Sharjah government guidance. Private Chamber members are covered by the PDPL.

Staff must never paste into ChatGPT, on any plan:

◆ TOWN BY SECTOR

Where ChatGPT fits across the town's institutions

Resorts and dive businesses sit on the Fujairah side; my ChatGPT training for the Fujairah side of Dibba covers them. These sectors are Sharjah-side.

The municipality's documented procedures
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 56002 certification means written procedures already exist to load into a project as reference files.
Fishing wharf and salted fish
The 1978 wharf takes about 80 fishing boats; it is a fishing harbour, not a cargo port. Beside it is Souq Makhazin Al-Maleh. Community sessions cover two-language price lists.
Al Maleh & Fishing Festival
Run by the Chamber with the municipality; 2026 sales passed AED 1.4 million. Data analysis on the sales export drafts the post-event report.
Al Hisn Fort restoration
Restoration aims at UNESCO registration, an aim rather than a listing. Visitor text should come from Sharjah Archaeology Authority material only.
Bridge, gas and housing projects
The Al Hisn Island Bridge (August 2026), SEWA's gas network (July 2026) and the Hisn Island housing and hospital projects raise resident questions a project FAQ can organise.
◆ NAMED WORK

Named engagements that carry over to public offices

I have not trained a team in Dibba Al Hisn. These are the closest named matches.

“Started using ChatGPT right after the session. Great explanation, shared in a very nice manner.” — Sanjay Mathur, Manufacturing Head, Indorama (Indonesia)

“I would recommend everyone to go through the session — it clarifies what should be expected from AI and where AI is not needed.” — Rahul Arora, Deputy General Manager, Tata Teleservices

Indorama: plant and office teams
Workshops in Nigeria, India and Indonesia for people with little spare desk time, the same constraint a service desk has.
Jeebly, Dubai: leadership choices
Tool choice and assistants versus more autonomous agents: the calls a director makes before approving ChatGPT Work.
◆ ONLINE FIRST

Session formats, and when I travel to the east coast

The town is roughly 90 minutes’ drive from Sharjah city, so live online is the default and fits counter shifts. For a full-day group I come to your premises on the east coast. I quote each job on format, group size, preparation and travel, contracted through Skillopedia FZC LLC, a registered UAE company; an NDA is available.

Online: your plan, first project and do-not-paste rules.
Two-hour team session
Online: one document type built into a shared project, up to 15 staff.
Workshop day on the east coast
A full day for 8 to 20 people on documents sent ahead, run by me.
Custom GPT migration clinic
Move each existing GPT to a skill before 11 December 2026 and retest it.
◆ BEFORE YOU BOOK

ChatGPT AI Trainer in Dibba Al Hisn: questions offices ask

Short answers to what section heads and council secretaries usually raise first.

A shared project holding the agenda template, approved minutes and format instructions, plus a routine that turns cleaned notes into a draft and action list. The secretary checks every decision against the record before circulation.

For one person trying it out, Plus is usually enough. An office needing central control and shared projects should look at Business; Enterprise suits entity-wide buying and UAE data residency. Your IT department and entity policy decide what is allowed.

No. Government bodies and government data sit outside the PDPL, so your entity’s own data and AI policies and Sharjah government guidance apply. Private businesses in the Chamber are covered by it.

No new ones can be created after 26 October 2026, and existing ones stop on 11 December 2026 (11 February 2027 for Enterprise workspaces with an approved deferral). Each moves to a plugin, its instructions becoming a skill. Custom actions do not carry over, so we rebuild and test those steps.

For simple visuals, yes, if your entity allows it. Keep official logos out, do not generate real people, and never present a generated image as a photo of the fort. Image generation is unavailable under UAE inference residency.

Online by default, which suits service-desk shifts. For a full-day group I come to the east coast by arrangement, with travel quoted up front.

Yes, for the sessions I quote as mine. If a second facilitator helps with a larger group, you will know their name before you book.
