◆ AL SILA · GHUWAIFAT · WESTERN AL DHAFRA

Generative AI Trainer in Al Sila — Hitesh Motwani

If you serve the public at the western edge of the UAE, from a hospital office or school staffroom to a TAMM counter or a clearing desk at Ghuwaifat, I can be your Generative AI Trainer in Al Sila. We practise on the notices, checklists and messages your team already writes, using the AI tools your employer allows.

Al Sila is roughly 350 km from the capital, so I teach mostly live online, with an on-site day by arrangement.

✓ Wrote Generative AI 360°, a practical handbook published by ZebraLearn  ·  ✓ Latest UAE engagement: Jeebly’s leadership team, Dubai, September 2026  ·  ✓ Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or NotebookLM, as your entity permits  ·  ✓ Individuals welcome through one-to-one coaching

Generative AI Trainer in Al Sila: Hitesh Motwani, corporate generative AI trainer
◆ WHAT CHANGES

What working with me gives a frontline team in the far west

In a small town, one administrator often covers three jobs. Training has to shorten the tasks that person repeats every week.

Your own message types
I collect sanitised or public versions of what you produce (a service notice, a circular, a permit checklist) and build every exercise on them.
Two-language drafts, human-edited
The AI drafts the Arabic or English counterpart; a fluent colleague corrects it before residents see it. The teaching itself is in English.
Beyond the basics
Nearly all Abu Dhabi Government staff have done AI awareness training. I start after that: role prompts, a checking habit, clear data limits.
Built for distance
Short live online blocks, a prompt sheet each person keeps, and an online follow-up clinic.
◆ THE ROLE

What a Generative AI Trainer in Al Sila should deliver for public-facing teams

A useful trainer starts with an inventory, not a demo: which messages the counter sends most, which circulars need digesting each week, which forms keep coming back incomplete. Those answers become the syllabus.

In public-facing work, accuracy beats speed: a wrong date on a notice or a missing permit attachment can cost someone a long, wasted trip. Every prompt pattern therefore includes a check step, and a named person stays responsible for what goes out.

◆ WHY AL SILA

Why generative AI is practical for a town of around 8,000

The National put Al Sila’s population at approximately 8,000 in 2023. It is one of the six main areas of Al Dhafra Region Municipality, with a TAMM centre, a SEHA hospital, a school and an ADAFSA veterinary centre, so small teams deliver a full set of services.

The border adds paperwork. Since 18 September 2023, Abu Dhabi Customs has required a pre-arrival declaration and a Truck Crossing Permit for trucks at Ghuwaifat, through TAMM, with Saudi Fasah details for outbound loads. In 2018 Gulf News reported about 2,000 trucks held in a queue over missing transit papers.

Abu Dhabi’s Digital Strategy 2025–2027 targets an AI-native government by 2027, reports over 95% of its 30,000+ employees AI-trained, and places a Chief Data and AI Officer in every entity. Public schools teach AI as a subject from 2025–26. The question now is how to use the approved tool well.

Growth adds demand: Al Shabhana’s 108 villas began allocation in July 2026, and the Etihad Rail passenger station is scheduled for 30 December 2026.

◆ WHO I TRAIN

Teams and people in Al Sila I design sessions for

Groups learn fastest when everyone shares a type of task.

Hospital administration
Non-clinical staff at SEHA's Al Sila Hospital: rotas, meeting notes and leaflet drafts for clinical review.
Teachers and school administrators
Al Sila School staff planning lessons for the new AI subject and writing to families.
Municipal and TAMM front office
Staff answering residents, publishing notices and digesting circulars.
Customs, clearing and border logistics
Officers, clearing agents and transport coordinators handling Ghuwaifat paperwork.
Harbour and fish-market users
Administrators, boat owners and traders at Sila Community Harbour.
Livestock and fodder services
Staff and owners dealing with ADAFSA's centre and the fodder outlet.
Small businesses serving travellers
Shops, cafés and camping businesses serving residents, visitors and border traffic.
Individuals
Commuters, job seekers and anyone building AI skills for their own career.
◆ BEFORE AND AFTER

Frontline workflows people in Al Sila can use the next day

Examples use sanitised or public material in an approved tool. A person still signs off; the AI removes the blank page.

Service change to bilingual notice
Before: an English notice goes for translation and returns twice for corrections. After: a fixed prompt (what changes, from when, who is affected, where to ask) returns plain Arabic and English drafts; a fluent colleague edits, a supervisor approves.
Circular to counter briefing
Before: one person reads a long circular and passes it on verbally. After: a one-page 'what changes for us' note that cites section numbers and flags anything the circular leaves unstated.
Invoice and packing list to declaration checklist
Before: a clearing agent rereads every document and still misses an attachment. After: sanitised copies become a goods table for the pre-arrival declaration, a permit-attachment checklist and a polite bilingual request for anything missing. The agent checks every line; HS classification stays human.
Lesson idea to lesson pack
Before: each AI-subject lesson starts from nothing. After: an outline mapped to one of the curriculum's seven domains, a worksheet at two reading levels, a rubric and a parent note, all edited by the teacher.
Hospital meeting to action list
Before: admin meeting notes stay in a notebook. After: notes without patient details become decisions, owners and deadlines, plus a rota-change notice.
Harbour notice to boat-owner message
Before: a slipway closure goes up on a board. After: a short Arabic and English message for the owners' group, and a clear price board for the fish market.
Shop details to online listing
Before: a camping or retail business has no usable online description. After: listing text, bilingual FAQs and courteous review replies, checked by the owner.
Your own working day
Emails in the right tone, job applications, research summaries that keep their sources, and study aids.

◆ RULES FIRST

Government entity or small firm: settle the data rules before the prompts

Most employers here are government or government-related, so staff follow their entity’s data classification and approved-tool policy; each Abu Dhabi Government entity has a Chief Data and AI Officer. I ask for that policy first and build exercises inside it.

The UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) does not apply to government entities or their data, and health data has its own sector rules. It does apply when private firms such as clearing agents and shops handle customers’ personal data.

Where nothing is written down, start with these general working rules, which are not any entity’s policy:

Measure simply: time three recurring tasks before and a month after, and count drafts needing heavy correction. For multi-team programmes across Al Dhafra, Skillopedia runs enterprise AI training programmes.

  • Use only tools and accounts your employer issued or approved.
  • Keep patient records, residents’ personal details and identity documents out of public AI accounts.
  • Practise on public, sanitised or invented material.
  • Leave customs classifications, eligibility decisions and clinical judgements with qualified staff, and give every public-facing draft a named approver.
◆ LOCAL SECTORS

Al Sila's sectors and a practical AI use for each

From public sources; naming an organisation does not make it my client.

Border and customs
Ghuwaifat, the UAE's crossing to Saudi Arabia (Al Batha on the Saudi side), lies within Al Sila's municipal area. Fit: declaration and permit checklists, driver and consignee messages.
Health and education
SEHA's Al Sila Hospital and Al Sila School (Emirates Schools Establishment). Fit: non-clinical admin writing and AI-subject lesson packs.
Fishing and maritime
Sila Community Harbour, built by AD Ports for the Department of Municipalities and Transport and opened in September 2023, has 68 wet berths and a fish market; the Al Sila Marine Festival reached its fifth edition in November 2025. Fit: owner notices, price boards, festival posts.
Livestock and fodder
ADAFSA's Al Sila centre offers vaccinations, lab diagnostics and extension services for livestock breeders; there is also a fodder outlet. Fit: plain-language summaries of advisory sheets and simple vaccination records.
◆ WHERE I WORK

Al Sila, Ghuwaifat and the western end of the E11

Al Sila’s municipal area covers about 408 km² and reaches the Saudi border at Ghuwaifat, where the E11 begins its run east. Teams at the crossing, in Baya Al Sila and in town are all covered here.

Some residents commute to the Ruwais refinery, about 80 km away according to The National; I cover that work on a separate page for industrial and plant teams in Al Dhannah. For a shared room day across western towns, Madinat Zayed, home to HCT’s Al Dhafra campus, is a common meeting point.

◆ NAMED EXAMPLES

Named work elsewhere, and why it is relevant to Al Sila

I have no Al Sila client to cite. These named examples, from Skillopedia’s published client list or third-party posts, resemble work here.

Jeebly, Dubai: a logistics leadership team
Jeebly's leadership team attended my AI Excellence Workshop in September 2026 on tool choice, quick assistants versus more autonomous agents, and prompting. Relevant to transport and clearing firms at Ghuwaifat.
CarDekho / GirnarSoft: work on live files
A 50-person HR and operations group trained on its own live files, as a municipal or hospital office would.
Indorama: teams in three countries
Workshops for plant and corporate teams in Nigeria, India and Indonesia. “Started using ChatGPT right after the session. Great explanation, shared in a very nice manner.” (Sanjay Mathur, Manufacturing Head, Indorama (Indonesia))
Tata Tele Business Services: AI for SMEs
I was a guest on Tata Tele Business Services' Do Big podcast (December 2023) about a generative AI playbook for SMEs, the size of most private firms in Al Sila.
◆ DELIVERY

How training reaches a town 350 km from the capital

Al Sila is about 350 km west of Abu Dhabi and 450 km from Dubai, so live online is the default; on-site days are arranged weeks ahead and usually need an overnight stay. The Etihad Rail station, scheduled for 30 December 2026, may make travel simpler.

Sessions are in English, contracted through Skillopedia FZC LLC, a registered UAE company, with an NDA available. Fees depend on format, group size and document preparation; travel and accommodation are quoted separately.

Private online sessions
Two-hour live blocks over one or two weeks, fitted around counter hours, school timetables or shifts.
Joining a live online group
A few colleagues join a scheduled live online cohort with other organisations: one room, a shared screen, each on their own approved account, each sending one sanitised sample task beforehand.
On-site day, by arrangement
A hands-on day in Al Sila for a group that justifies the journey; for several western towns, Madinat Zayed or Al Dhannah may suit better.
One-to-one coaching
Online sessions built around your own tasks, from a shop listing to a job application.
Briefing for heads of section
A short online session on which tasks to open to AI, how to track results and where judgement stays human.
◆ QUESTIONS

Questions from Al Sila and Ghuwaifat before booking

Direct answers on distance, data, language and cost.

Online is the realistic default. An on-site day needs a group that justifies roughly 350 km each way, booked weeks ahead. I deliver my own sessions; larger multi-team programmes use facilitators trained on my method.

The part specific to your desk. Government-wide training builds awareness; a team session turns your own notices, circulars and checklists into prompts with a checking routine, on the tool your entity has already approved.

No. The PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) excludes government entities and their data, and health data has sector rules, so government and hospital staff follow their entity’s policy. Private firms such as clearing agents and shops are covered for customers’ personal data.

It can draft supporting material, such as a goods table from an invoice or a permit-attachment checklist, but must not decide classifications or submit anything. A trained person checks every line.

Yes. The tools can draft an Arabic version alongside the English, and we practise keeping terminology consistent. A fluent Arabic-speaking colleague reviews every public-facing text before release.

Yes. One-to-one or small-group coaching runs online around your goals: a new job, a small business or faster everyday work. Bring two or three real tasks.

Book a short call with the roles and approved tool, then pick a private online block or a scheduled group. On the day you need a reliable connection, a shared screen and each person on their own work account.

It can be, if the scope stays small: one coaching session on your listing, customer replies and price list. If a free resource would serve you better, I will say so.

Tell me the one message your team rewrites most

Send the role, the AI tool you may use and one sanitised recurring task. I will reply with a session outline and a delivery option that fits the distance, whether you need a Generative AI Trainer in Al Sila for a team or for yourself.
