AI Training for Leaders, Boards and CXOs
A closed-room session for the people who approve AI spend and carry the risk. Not a tool
demo — a working session on where AI changes your economics, what to fund, what to refuse,
and what to ask your teams next quarter.

What we cover
Where AI actually moves your numbers
We map your own value chain and mark the two or three places where generative and
agentic AI change cost, cycle time or capacity — and the many places it does not.
Reading an AI proposal
How to interrogate a vendor pitch or an internal business case: what the demo hides,
what the pilot has to prove, and which numbers are meaningful.
Data, review and accountability
Your data-classification rules, your review and sign-off chain, and who owns an AI
output when it is wrong. Run against your existing policy, not a generic framework.
Getting the organisation to actually use it
Why tool rollouts stall, what a realistic 90-day adoption plan looks like, and what
to measure so you know it is working.
Hands-on segment
Leaders work on their own material in the room — a live decision, a board paper, a
supplier brief — and see exactly how far the tools get, and where they need a human.
Participants leave with the artefacts they produced, not slides.
Delivery
Format
Closed cohort. Scoped against your brief — session length, depth and the mix of
briefing versus hands-on work are agreed before we confirm.
Where
Onsite in India and in Dubai and the wider UAE; virtual elsewhere. See
corporate AI training in Dubai.
How we scope it
- Short call on the audience, the decisions in front of them, and what “useful” means for this group.
- We review your AI policy, data rules and the tools your teams already have.
- You get a written outline with the exercises named and the material we will use.
- Delivery, then a written summary of what the group produced and what they asked for next.
Questions leaders ask
Is this technical?
No. No coding, no prompts to memorise. The hands-on work uses the tools you already
licence, on your own documents.
Can you work under NDA?
Yes. Most leadership engagements run under the client’s own NDA and the material is
not published.
Which tools do you use?
Whatever your organisation has approved — typically Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365
Copilot. We do not sell or resell any of them.
What does it cost?
We quote against a brief, because cohort size, session length, customisation depth and
location all change the number. Send the brief and you get a written quote.
