Generative AI Trainer in Dibba Al Fujairah — Hitesh Motwani

This is my offer as a Generative AI Trainer in Dibba Al Fujairah: hands-on sessions where your staff learn to use ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or NotebookLM on the guest emails, trip briefings, port handovers, circulars and lesson plans they already write. Dibba is one town run by two emirates; this page centres on the Fujairah side, and Sharjah-side teams in Dibba Al Hisn have their own page.

I work with UAE teams on-site through Skillopedia FZC LLC, a registered UAE company. Dibba is about 90 minutes by road from Dubai, so most work starts live online, with on-site days when the group justifies the drive. Read how I work with teams across the UAE.

◆ WHAT YOU GET

What hiring me gets a Dibba team

You are hiring one trainer for a defined piece of work, not buying a course catalogue.

Built on your own paperwork
I ask for three to five documents your team writes weekly, such as a complaint reply or a permit FAQ, and every exercise uses them, with personal details removed.
Tool advice you can act on
I don't sell licences. We work in the tools you already have, and set rules first if staff use free apps on their phones.
Templates, not slides
Each person leaves with tested prompts for their own tasks; each manager gets a 30-day plan.
Honest limits
I show where AI goes wrong, from invented facts to the wrong tone in a second language, and how reviewers catch it.
◆ THE ROLE

What a generative AI trainer actually does for a small-town workforce

A generative AI trainer teaches people to get dependable work out of tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude and NotebookLM: how to brief the tool, how to check what comes back, and where it shouldn’t be used at all. It is closer to coaching a writing and research habit than to teaching software.

In Dibba, small office teams often cover several roles: the same manager may answer reviews in the morning and prepare figures for head office by evening. A good session gives that person one method for both. Generic courses stop at a feature tour; mine include:

◆ WHY DIBBA

Why generative AI skills matter in Dibba now

Dibba is one town shared by three administrations: Dibba Al Fujairah, Dibba Al Hisn in Sharjah, and Dibba Al Baya across the border in Oman’s Musandam governorate. The Fujairah Statistics Centre counted 52,413 residents in Dibba Fujairah and another 40,606 in the Dibba countryside in mid-2025, while Sharjah’s 2022 census put Dibba Al Hisn at about 15,000.

Much of the town’s economy is service work, and much of that is writing. Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort, Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah and Le Méridien Al Aqah sit on Dibba’s coast, and Fujairah’s hotels reported 95 to 100 per cent occupancy in early 2026. Dibba Port began bulk exports in March 2024, and a July 2026 concession between DP World and Fujairah Ports Authority includes a general-cargo terminal at Dibba. Dibba Al-Fujairah Municipality runs more than 100 services, many through its SmartDibba app.

Government AI training is moving too: Fujairah began an AI programme with SAP in 2026, the UAE Cabinet plans to train 80,000 federal employees in agentic AI, and the Sharjah Digital Department runs a Data and AI Mastery Programme. These run centrally; a local session helps the people answering Dibba’s emails and service requests apply them. KPMG and the University of Melbourne report that 97% of UAE residents already use AI, so the gap is checked, safe use, not access.

◆ WHO IT'S FOR

Dibba teams I can help

If your team isn’t listed, tell me what it writes each week.

Resorts in Al Aqah
Front office, reservations, guest relations, sales and events staff.
Dive and tour businesses
Teams running trips to Dibba Rock and Snoopy Island, and resellers of dhow trips that leave from the Omani side.
Dibba Port
Operations coordinators and administrative staff at the Fujairah Ports Authority terminal.
Government, both sides
Fujairah-side municipal and government entities, and the Sharjah-side municipality, councils and offices, planned separately.
Fisheries and heritage
Cooperative staff, festival organisers and heritage teams.
Schools
Teachers and coordinators at private and government schools.
Federal health admin
Non-clinical staff at Emirates Health Services facilities such as Dibba Hospital.
SMEs and family businesses
Shops, restaurants, contractors and property agents marketing in Arabic and English.
◆ BEFORE AND AFTER

What changes in a normal working week

These are patterns I teach, not results from a past Dibba client. Time saved depends on your tools and your review process.

Guest replies and review responses (resorts)
Before: replies to Russian- or German-speaking guests are written from scratch or pushed through a free translator. After: drafted in English from a house-style prompt, translated with a back-translation to check meaning, and approved by a supervisor when refunds are involved.
Event proposals (resort sales)
Before: every proposal is rebuilt from old files. After: the client's brief and the approved package sheet produce a draft, and every rate is checked against the source.
Itineraries and safety briefings (dive and tour)
Before: trip descriptions differ across website, booking platforms and WhatsApp. After: one master text feeds consistent listings in several languages, and the briefing becomes a beginner checklist an instructor signs off.
Port and cargo documentation drafts
Before: handovers and customer updates are rushed at shift end. After: dictated notes become a standard handover draft the supervisor corrects and files; tender letters follow the same draft-then-verify routine.
Municipal service FAQs
Before: the same permit questions are answered one by one. After: approved regulations become a bilingual FAQ and reply templates, used without pasting residents' details into unapproved tools.
Lesson planning (schools)
Before: three versions of a worksheet are built by hand. After: differentiated versions come from the teacher's own objective, are checked against the curriculum, and feed the parent letter too.
Staff notices and SME marketing
Before: long emails few staff read, and social posts written when there is time. After: short notices in the languages staff read, and a month of Arabic and English posts planned in one sitting.
Research and reading (managers)
Before: long circulars sit unread. After: managers question them in NotebookLM, get a summary with page references, and check it.

◆ HOW I WORK

My approach, and the proof behind it

I’m a corporate generative AI trainer and the founder of Skillopedia, a registered UAE company (Skillopedia FZC LLC), working with UAE teams on-site. There is more about my background on this site.

I start with the task, not the tool: map the jobs people already do, rebuild two or three with AI, and write down rules on review and data. The same approach runs through Generative AI 360°, my book.

Leadership sessions are delivered by me personally. For large programmes with many groups, Skillopedia’s enterprise AI training programmes add facilitators trained on the same method, and I name who will deliver before you sign.

  • Author of Generative AI 360° (ZebraLearn, 2025), a 472-page practical guide to ChatGPT, image tools and no-code AI workflows for professionals
  • Recent UAE work includes an AI Excellence Workshop for the leadership team at Jeebly in Dubai (September 2026), and hands-on leadership training for Transworld Group
  • 17+ years training professionals, and focused on generative AI since 2023
  • More than 200,000 professionals trained across my career in digital marketing and AI, and 600+ organisations on Skillopedia’s published client list, across 16+ countries (my and Skillopedia’s records)
  • A 4.8/5 average post-session rating across 300+ surveyed participants (Skillopedia’s records)
  • Listed as visiting faculty at K J Somaiya Institute of Management; guest on Tata Tele Business Services’ Do Big podcast on generative AI for SMEs (December 2023)

◆ ROLLING IT OUT

Taking AI beyond one keen employee

Most Dibba organisations don’t need a long AI strategy. They need four decisions written down, and a session is a good place to make them.

Where a government team is already in a central programme, such as Fujairah’s SAP-backed programme or the Sharjah Digital Department’s courses, I align the session with that material rather than competing with it.

Approved tools
A short list based on what you already pay for, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Business or Gemini, plus a clear line on personal accounts.
Data that never goes in
Private resorts, dive centres and shops handle customer data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Government entities and their data fall outside that law, and health data has its own rules, so municipal, council and EHS teams follow their entity's policies.
Who checks what
Review for anything public, anything with a number, and any language the author doesn't read well.
How you'll know it's working
Two or three measures, such as front-desk reply time, rechecked after 30 days.
◆ LOCAL SECTORS

Dibba's main sectors and where AI fits each one

Where I would start with a team from each sector.

Hospitality
Resorts with conference space in Al Aqah and Mina Al Fajer; Fujairah emirate had about 802,000 hotel guests in 2025. Start with guest messaging, reviews and proposals.
Diving and marine tourism
Dive centres such as Al Boom Diving and Nemo Diving Center. Start with listings, booking replies and briefing scripts.
Port and bulk logistics
Dibba Port exports limestone, aggregate and clinker, and the planned general-cargo terminal is expected to take 24 to 30 months to build. Start with reports, handovers and correspondence.
Municipal services
Dibba Al-Fujairah Municipality, set up in 1981, covers licensing, permits, public health and planning. Start with FAQs, circulars and minutes.
Health
Dibba Hospital, opened in 1986 and JCI-accredited, is run by federal Emirates Health Services. Start with non-clinical policies and leaflet readability.
Education
Diyar Private Academy (American curriculum), Modern Indian School (CBSE, founded 1982) and Emirates Schools Establishment schools. Start with lesson planning and parent letters.
Fishing and farming
The Dibba Al-Fujairah Cooperative Society for Fishermen and the town's date farms. Start with notices and simple reports, in small workshops.
Retail
Sherif Mall, LuLu Hypermarket and local shops. Start with bilingual marketing.
◆ SERVICE AREA

Serving both sides of Dibba

Dibba Al Fujairah and Dibba Al Hisn form one continuous town but are separate municipalities under different governments. Private businesses from both sides can share a session; government work is planned separately, because the rules, systems and approvals differ.

Further along the coast, I have separate pages for teams in Khor Fakkan and for Kalba on the Sharjah east coast. For emirate-level work, see my Fujairah emirate page or my page for Sharjah government and business teams.

Dibba Al Fujairah (Fujairah side)
The larger part of town, from Akamiya, Al Rashidiya and Wasit to the Al Aqah resorts, with Dibba Port and Dibba Hospital. Government sessions follow Fujairah policies.
Dibba Al Hisn (Sharjah side)
Dibba Al Hisn has its own municipality, councils and Chamber branch and works under Sharjah government rules, so I cover Sharjah-side council and heritage teams on a separate page. Directors there can also start with AI briefings for Sharjah leadership teams.
◆ PROOF

Named work, and why it matters to Dibba teams

I have no Dibba client to show you, and I won’t invent one. These named engagements resemble what Dibba teams do.

  • "I would recommend everyone to go through the session — it clarifies what should be expected from AI and where AI is not needed." — Rahul Arora, Deputy General Manager, Tata Teleservices
  • "This program has been incredibly helpful — enhancing efficiency and providing quick, accurate information that supports decision-making and problem-solving." — Arun Kumar, Engineer, Indorama
Jeebly, Dubai: leadership workshop
Jeebly's leadership team attended my AI Excellence Workshop in September 2026, as the company posted on LinkedIn. It covered tool choice, when a quick assistant beats a more autonomous agent, and prompting: what a resort manager or port supervisor needs before approving anything.
Indorama: plant teams in three countries
Generative AI and NotebookLM workshops for plant and corporate teams in Nigeria, India and Indonesia. Shift-based industrial staff are the closest match to Dibba's port teams.
CarDekho / GirnarSoft: HR and operations on live files
A 50-person HR and operations group worked on their own files, the model I would use for a municipal department or a resort back office.
Tata Tele Business Services: SMEs
I discussed generative AI for small businesses on the Do Big podcast (December 2023), a practical framing that suits Dibba's family businesses.
◆ FORMATS AND LOGISTICS

Formats, travel and timing for Dibba

Dibba is about 137 km, roughly 1 hour 35 minutes, by road from Dubai, and about 90 minutes from Sharjah city. Live online is the default; on-site days at your premises, or a meeting room you book, are arranged when the group size justifies the travel. Sessions are delivered in English, and where your team writes in Arabic we practise producing Arabic drafts that a fluent colleague signs off.

Fees are quoted per engagement and depend on format, preparation, number of participants and travel. Contracts are through Skillopedia FZC LLC, a registered UAE company, with an NDA available. See also how I run live online sessions, my leadership AI briefings for Fujairah executives or, for a conference talk, my page as an AI keynote speaker in Dibba Al Fujairah.

Live online half-day
Two blocks of about two hours; resort and port shift teams can split them across two time slots.
On-site workshop day
A full day at your premises for 8 to 20 people, built on documents sent in advance.
Leadership briefing
For general managers and heads of department: tool choice, risk and what to approve first. Delivered by me personally.
Small-group or 1:1 coaching
Short online sessions for an owner-manager or small office, with real tasks completed between calls.
30-day follow-up clinic
A 60 to 90 minute online check-in to fix what isn't working and add the next tasks.
◆ FAQS

Questions to ask a Generative AI Trainer in Dibba Al Fujairah

Short, direct answers. If your question isn’t here, ask it on a call.

Mostly guest-facing writing: replies in several languages, review responses, event proposals, trip listings and briefing scripts. We use your own examples with personal details removed, and anything involving refunds, safety or prices keeps a human approval step.

Yes. Private businesses from both sides can share a session. Government teams are planned separately, because the two municipalities answer to different governments.

Both. Most work starts live online, because Dibba is about an hour and a half from Dubai by road. For a full-day workshop with a group large enough to justify the trip, I come to your premises, with travel included in the quote.

Leadership sessions, and the workshops I quote as mine, are delivered by me personally. On large multi-group programmes, Skillopedia facilitators trained on my method may run some groups; I’ll name them before you sign.

Only in the tools and ways your entity has approved. The UAE Personal Data Protection Law excludes government bodies and their data, so the rules come from your own entity and your government’s digital guidance. In sessions we use anonymised examples only.

Sessions are delivered in English. We do practise writing and checking Arabic drafts with the AI tools, and the final Arabic text is signed off by a fluent colleague.

OpenAI is retiring them: new creation ends on 26 October 2026 and existing ones are switched off on 11 December 2026, and they are moving to plugins and skills. I can help you rebuild one as a reusable assistant, such as a ChatGPT project or skill, a Claude Project or a Gemini Gem.

Each person should be able to take one recurring task, brief the AI tool properly, check the output and finish faster than before. The bigger gains come over the following month, which is why I leave a 30-day plan.

Yes, for non-clinical work such as policies, letters and lesson materials. Dibba Hospital and the government schools are federal, so staff follow Emirates Health Services or Ministry of Education guidance. My sessions never use patient or student records.

Tell me the three tasks your Dibba team would hand over first

Send your organisation, which side of Dibba you’re on, team size, the AI tools you have and the three most time-consuming tasks. I’ll suggest a format, online or on-site.
