Claude Code Training in Dubai for Engineering Teams

Training an engineering team? See Claude Code Trainer in Dubai for the hands-on team programme, formats and a booking form.

Claude Code training in Dubai is a different programme from Claude chat training. One teaches people to write better prompts. The other teaches engineering teams to run an agentic coding tool inside a real repository, with real reviewers, real CI and real risk. This is the second one.

Who this is for: engineering, data and platform teams in Dubai Internet City, DIFC, Business Bay, Dubai Silicon Oasis and in-house GCCs — plus the engineering managers who have to answer for what the tool commits. Delivered on-site by Hitesh Motwani, Anthropic Claude Certified Trainer. Full Dubai programme →

The problem most Dubai engineering teams actually have

Claude Code gets installed, three developers love it, the rest of the team tries it for a week and drifts back. The usual causes are dull and fixable:

  • No CLAUDE.md, so the tool rediscovers the codebase conventions from scratch every session and gets them wrong.
  • Prompts that ask for a feature instead of a plan, so the diff is large, unreviewable and quietly rejected.
  • No agreed rule on what the tool may touch — migrations, secrets, infra, production config.
  • No review norm, so senior engineers either rubber-stamp AI diffs or refuse them outright.

None of that is a model problem. It is a working-practice problem, which is exactly what a workshop can fix.

What the training covers

1
SETUP

Repo-level configuration

Writing a useful CLAUDE.md for your codebase: build and test commands, architectural conventions, what never to touch. Permissions and approval modes, per-project settings, and how to keep the configuration in version control so the whole team inherits it.

2
WORKFLOW

Plan, then implement

The single highest-leverage habit: get a plan out of the model and review the plan, before any code is written. Teams that adopt this stop producing 900-line diffs nobody wants to read. We run it live on your repository, on a ticket from your actual backlog.

3
SCALE

Subagents, skills and MCP servers

When to hand work to a subagent and when it is overhead. Writing a skill that encodes a recurring team task. Connecting Claude Code to your own tooling over MCP — issue tracker, internal docs, observability — and the security questions to settle before you do.

4
QUALITY

Tests, review and CI

Using Claude Code for the work it is genuinely good at: test coverage on legacy code, migration scaffolding, refactors with a clear target, incident triage across logs. Review norms for AI-assisted pull requests so the standard stays the same as any other diff.

5
GOVERNANCE

Source-code risk, UAE context

Which repositories are eligible, what the plan tier means for data handling, secret hygiene before the tool ever runs, audit trails for regulated workloads, and how this reads to a DIFC or DFSA-regulated firm’s risk function. Confirm specifics with your own compliance team — the workshop supplies the checklist, not the sign-off.

Format

One day for a single squad, or two days for a larger engineering org with a platform track. On-site in Dubai, or live online for distributed teams. Teams bring their own laptops, their own repository and a short list of real tickets — we work on those, not on a toy project.

What you leave with: a committed CLAUDE.md, two or three team skills, an agreed review norm for AI-assisted PRs, a written eligibility rule for repositories, and a 30-day adoption plan with named owners.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Claude Code training different from Claude AI training?

Yes. Claude chat training is for knowledge work — drafting, analysis, document workflows. Claude Code training is for engineering teams using the agentic coding tool inside a repository, and covers configuration, planning workflow, subagents and skills, MCP, review norms and source-code risk.

Do developers need prior AI experience?

No. They need to know their own codebase. The workshop starts from installation and configuration and moves to real tickets the same day.

Can the training run on our private repository?

Yes, and it should. NDAs and scoping are settled before day one. If policy prevents it, we run on a representative repository you nominate instead.

How many engineers per cohort?

Hands-on delivery works best at 8–15 per cohort. Larger organisations run multiple cohorts plus a separate session for engineering managers.
