The usual scramble
Two days before the deadline, someone reads the tender document again, lists what is required, then searches folders for the registration certificate, turnover statements, experience certificates, solvency certificate and affidavits. Items get missed because the conditions are spread across forty pages.
With Cowork
- The tender document and copies of the company’s standard bid documents go into one working folder.
- The brief asks Cowork to extract every eligibility condition and required document, with the page each one appears on.
- Cowork checks the folder against that list and builds a compliance sheet: present, missing, expired or doesn’t meet the condition.
- It flags conditions that need a judgement call, such as how similar works experience is counted.
- The bid manager reviews the sheet, fills the gaps and makes the submission on the portal personally.
Cowork never logs into the e-tender portal or signs anything. It does the reading and matching, so the people preparing the bid can focus on what is genuinely missing.
