Top 10 Microsoft Copilot Trainers in Oman (2026)

Practical Copilot training helps Omani staff take on higher-value work by cutting time spent on routine drafting, summarising and reporting. That fits the aims of Oman’s national AI programme and Vision 2040. I can structure a programme so Omani nationals in early-career roles get extra practice and a clear set of prompts for their jobs. Your HR team can then link the results to its own development plans.

Yes. Several providers on this list run classroom sessions in Muscat, and I deliver on-site workshops for corporate groups when the schedule and group size make it practical. Live online delivery also works well for teams spread across Sohar, Salalah or Duqm. Whichever format you choose, insist on hands-on labs rather than slides, so people practise on documents like their own.

The law, issued by Royal Decree 6/2022, sets duties for processing personal data. Because Copilot works with whatever a user can already access, organisations should tidy permissions, apply sensitivity labels and agree what personal data may go into prompts. A trainer can explain these controls practically, but your legal adviser should confirm what the law requires of your organisation specifically.

Many organisations begin with Copilot Chat, which is available to Microsoft 365 users signed in with a work account, to build habits and safe-use rules. Full Microsoft 365 Copilot adds access to your emails, files and meetings through Microsoft Graph, which is where most time savings appear. I often train both groups separately so each learns what its own licence can actually do.

Copilot understands Arabic, and some providers on this list teach in Arabic. My sessions are in English, with Arabic exercises for letters, summaries and internal memos where teams need them, and I can add an Arabic-speaking co-facilitator for groups that prefer it. Mention your language needs when you ask for a proposal so the materials and examples are prepared in advance.
