THE LIST
The 10 best Microsoft Copilot trainers in London, in detail
London has one of the deepest benches of Microsoft training partners anywhere, so I separated providers by format: one-day classes, enterprise rollouts, bespoke programmes and apprenticeships. UK GDPR awareness, Copilot Studio coverage and evidence of hands-on teaching mattered most in deciding the order.

CONTEXT
London's Copilot market after the national AI skills pledge
The UK government and eleven technology firms, Microsoft among them, have committed to giving 7.5 million workers AI skills by 2030, around a fifth of the workforce, and Microsoft has pledged to train one million people itself. In London, where professional services, finance and the creative industries cluster, the pressure to get value from Microsoft 365 Copilot licences is particularly sharp because so much work is document-heavy and client-facing.
Choice is not the problem here. NobleProg UK runs the widest course range, Acuity Training and JBI Training offer practical classes for users and admins, QA and Learning Tree UK bring Microsoft partner depth, and Teamland and Decoded focus on adoption across teams. General Purpose designs bespoke in-person programmes, while Multiverse offers longer Copilot apprenticeships. Firms handling client data also weigh the Data Protection Act 2018 alongside UK GDPR when planning exercises.
QUESTIONS
Microsoft Copilot training in London: FAQ
How should a London law firm approach Microsoft Copilot training?
Start with the firm’s confidentiality and information barrier rules, then train lawyers and support staff on drafting, summarising and research tasks within those limits. Use approved matters or anonymised documents for exercises. A pilot group of partners and associates often helps build trust before wider rollout across the firm.
Will the Apprenticeship Levy pay for a Copilot apprenticeship for London staff?
Longer apprenticeship programmes, such as those Multiverse offers, can be funded through the Apprenticeship Levy if they meet the rules for an approved standard. Short workshops and one-day courses are not levy-funded. Check eligibility with your provider and your levy account before committing staff to an apprenticeship route.
Does UK GDPR allow us to use client documents with Microsoft 365 Copilot?
UK GDPR does not ban it, but you need a lawful basis, clear purposes and appropriate safeguards, and your existing agreements with clients may set extra limits. Copilot works within your Microsoft 365 permissions. Your data protection officer should approve how client data is used in training and day-to-day Copilot work.
Which London Copilot course suits a busy partner or director?
Senior people usually prefer a short, private session focused on their own inbox, meetings and documents rather than a classroom course. I run one-to-one or small-group sessions for directors that cover the highest-value tasks in under two hours. Ask providers whether they offer executive coaching as well as group classes.
How do London firms choose between a one-day Copilot class and a longer programme?
A one-day class from providers like Acuity Training works well for individuals who need the basics. Team-wide adoption needs more: a kick-off, role-based labs, champion support and a review point. Ask providers for proposals for both, built on the same brief, and compare what each delivers.
