Top 10 Microsoft Copilot Trainers in Dubai & the UAE (2026)
I'm Hitesh Motwani, and I sit at #1 on this list because Microsoft Copilot training for Dubai and UAE teams is a large part of my working week. Delphi AI Academy, Edoxi Training Institute and Zabeel Institute also feature, each suited to a different need, from Copilot Studio to classroom practice to everyday office skills. I wrote this for HR, L&D and IT leads in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates who already hold Copilot licences and want people to use them well.

THE LIST
The 10 best Microsoft Copilot trainers in Dubai and the UAE, in detail
My shortlist only includes providers that publish a dedicated Copilot course rather than a general AI class with a Copilot slide. For the UAE I also weighted bilingual Arabic and English delivery, KHDA approval for Dubai classroom centres, and whether the trainer can explain clearly what Copilot can and cannot see inside a tenant.
#1 · FEATURED
CORPORATE AI TRAINER
Hitesh Motwani
With UAE clients such as Al Ghurair, Landmark Group, Emirates NBD and Nakheel, I run Copilot labs where finance, HR and sales teams rebuild one of their own recurring tasks in Excel, Outlook or Teams during the session. I'm an Anthropic Claude Certified Trainer and the author of Generative AI 360° (ZebraLearn, 2025), with 200,000+ people trained across 600+ organisations in 16+ countries, so I bring cross-tool judgement rather than a single-vendor script.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
How to choose a Microsoft Copilot trainer in Dubai and the UAE
- Ask whether labs run in your own Microsoft 365 tenant or a demo environment
- Check if sessions can be delivered in Arabic, English or both
- Confirm SharePoint permissions and oversharing are reviewed before rollout
- Ask for separate tracks for finance, HR and sales roles
- Check whether Copilot Studio agents are in scope or a separate course
- Ask how adoption will be measured a month after training
CONTEXT
How Copilot training is moving in Dubai and the UAE
Abu Dhabi has set the pace. In July 2026 its government added 26,000 Microsoft 365 Copilot licences across 27 entities, taking the total to 35,000, and tied the rollout to staff training and certification. The stated aim is to become the world's first AI-native government by 2027. That public-sector push ripples into Dubai, where banks, developers, retailers and family groups that partner with government now expect their own people to work fluently inside Copilot rather than treat it as an experiment.
Data protection shapes how UAE organisations buy this training. Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection covers most onshore companies, while DIFC and ADGM run their own data protection regimes, so compliance teams want trainers to explain permissions and sensitivity labels properly. The UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 keeps AI skills high on every agenda. In practice, Dubai buyers choose between KHDA-approved classroom centres, Microsoft partners with official courseware and independent specialists who build bespoke, role-based labs.
QUESTIONS
Microsoft Copilot training in Dubai and the UAE: FAQ
Is Microsoft 365 Copilot data processed inside the UAE?
Microsoft runs two cloud regions in the country, UAE North in Dubai and UAE Central in Abu Dhabi, and Abu Dhabi’s government rollout was announced with processing kept in the UAE. What applies to your own tenant depends on your licence, tenant location and Microsoft’s current commitments, so confirm it with your Microsoft account team or partner. In my sessions I show how permissions and labels control what Copilot can retrieve.
Can Copilot training in Dubai be delivered in Arabic?
Yes. Copilot works with Arabic prompts and documents, and several providers on this list offer Arabic or bilingual delivery. I run my labs in English with Arabic examples where teams draft or summarise Arabic correspondence, and I can pair with an Arabic-speaking co-facilitator for groups that prefer it. Tell me the language mix of your teams when you ask for a proposal so the exercises match.
Does KHDA approval matter when choosing a Copilot course in Dubai?
KHDA licenses training institutes that run public classroom courses in mainland Dubai, so approval is a useful signal when you book open enrolment places. For private in-house workshops delivered at your own office, the more important questions are the trainer’s Copilot depth, whether labs use your tenant and how the programme is tailored to your roles. Free zone companies should also check their own authority’s rules.
How long should a Copilot workshop be for a Dubai finance team?
A focused finance group usually needs one full day for Copilot in Excel, Outlook and Teams, followed by a shorter clinic two to three weeks later once people have tried it on live work. Teams that want Copilot Studio agents for reconciliations or report packs need extra time. The right length depends on licence type, current skills and goals, so I scope it with you first.
What does corporate Copilot training cost in the UAE?
Fees vary widely with group size, format, the number of tracks and whether the work includes Copilot Studio or a rollout plan, so I don’t publish a single figure. Public classroom places, official courseware and bespoke in-house labs are priced very differently. The simplest route is to share your headcount, roles and timing and ask each provider for a written proposal you can compare.
Tell me what your team does and what it uses
If your UAE teams have Copilot licences that are barely used, message me and I'll suggest a lab format built around your own files and roles. Prefer to talk first? Book a 20-minute call.
