Module 01: Copilot Chat vs Microsoft 365 Copilot

09:00 to 09:45. What your licence actually gives you, where web and work grounding differ, and what Copilot can and cannot see in your tenant.

Module 02: Briefing Copilot with TAGS_C

09:45 to 10:30. Topic, Audience, Goal, Style and Constraints applied to Copilot, with file references and follow-up prompts.

Module 03: Outlook and Teams

10:45 to 11:45. Inbox triage, thread summaries, draft replies in your voice, meeting recaps, action items and catching up on a missed call.

Module 04: Word

11:45 to 12:30. First drafts from existing files, rewriting for different readers, summarising long documents and checking a draft against a policy.

Module 05: Excel and data

13:15 to 14:15. Formula help, cleaning tables, spotting trends and outliers, and explaining the numbers in plain English for a management note.

Module 06: PowerPoint

14:15 to 15:00. A first deck from a Word document or brief, restructuring slides, speaker notes and on-brand summaries for leadership.

Module 07: Agents and Copilot Studio

15:15 to 16:15. Using the agents your tenant provides, then building a simple agent grounded on a SharePoint site, with clear instructions and limits.

Module 08: Role playbooks and governance

16:15 to 17:00. Each role saves its best prompts, agrees what data never goes into Copilot, and sets a 30-day usage review.

Why Copilot training matters for Dubai organisations in 2026

Microsoft 365 is the default workplace suite across Dubai’s banks, family groups and government-linked companies, so Copilot is often the first generative AI tool staff are officially allowed to use. That makes it the fastest route to adoption, and the easiest to waste if nobody is shown how to use it.

What staff can do depends on the licence. Copilot Chat gives a secure, web-grounded assistant inside the work account. The paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence adds Copilot inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, grounded in the mail, files and meetings each person can already open. Copilot Studio is where agents are built. We confirm what your staff hold before we design the session, and we do not quote licence prices.
