What is AI automation?
AI automation means workflows that run automatically and include AI steps — for example reading an email, extracting details, updating a system and drafting a reply — rather than a person using a chat tool each time.
Which tool should we use: n8n, Power Automate, Make or Zapier?
Usually the one that fits your systems. Power Automate suits Microsoft 365 organisations; n8n suits teams wanting flexibility or self-hosting; Make and Zapier are quick to start. The training adapts to your choice.
Do participants need to code?
No. The training is no-code first. Technical participants can go further with APIs, code steps and self-hosted n8n.
How do you keep automations safe?
By limiting data access, storing credentials securely, adding human approval for anything sent externally, and testing with awkward inputs before going live.
What is the difference between automation and AI agents?
Automations follow fixed steps you design; agents decide some of the steps themselves. Most teams should start with automation, then move to agents where flexibility is needed.
Can you build automations for us?
The focus is training your team to build and maintain them, so you are not dependent on an outside builder. Larger builds can be scoped separately.
How much time can automation save?
It depends on the workflow’s volume. Use the calculator on this page with your own numbers; automation often saves more than chat-based use because it removes steps entirely.
