I'm Hitesh Motwani, and I sit at #1 on this list of ChatGPT trainers serving Dubai and the wider UAE, followed by established names such as Zabeel Institute, Edoxi Training Institute and Dubai Future Academy. I put it together for HR leaders, L&D managers and department heads in the Emirates who want staff using ChatGPT well at work rather than simply experimenting with it.

THE LIST
The 10 best ChatGPT trainers in Dubai and the UAE, in detail
Every provider here had to show a ChatGPT-specific course, or a corporate programme that teaches it directly, delivered in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or live online to UAE teams. I also gave weight to KHDA approval, Arabic-language options and whether the trainer explains how company data is handled under the UAE's federal data protection law.

Al Ghurair, Landmark Group, Emirates NBD and Nakheel are among the 600+ organisations I have worked with, and as an Anthropic Claude Certified Trainer and author of Generative AI 360° I teach ChatGPT in the context of the other AI tools your people already touch.

CONTEXT
Why ChatGPT skills became a boardroom topic in the Emirates
The UAE was the first country to join OpenAI's 'OpenAI for Countries' programme. Stargate UAE, announced in May 2025 with G42, Oracle, NVIDIA, Cisco and SoftBank, is planned as a 1GW compute cluster in Abu Dhabi, with its first 200MW expected online in 2026. For employers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, that visible national bet has turned ChatGPT from a curiosity into a skill that leadership now expects across departments, from finance and HR to sales and customer service.
Supply has grown to match. KHDA-approved institutes in Dubai run dedicated ChatGPT courses, regional training firms offer in-house versions, and Dubai Future Academy provides learning for Arabic-speaking professionals. The National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 keeps AI adoption high on the government agenda, while the federal Personal Data Protection Law and the separate regimes in DIFC and ADGM shape what employees may paste into a public AI tool. Good training in the Emirates now covers both productivity and those data boundaries.
QUESTIONS
ChatGPT training in Dubai and the UAE: FAQ
Is ChatGPT training in Dubai KHDA-approved?
Some of it is. Institutes such as Acamind Academy and Delphi AI Academy offer courses with KHDA-recognised certificates. Corporate in-house programmes, including mine, are usually designed around workplace outcomes rather than a regulator-attested certificate. Decide first whether your staff need a formal credential for their records or measurable improvements in how they work, then shortlist accordingly.
Can UAE employees paste client data into ChatGPT?
Treat it with caution. The UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the free-zone laws in DIFC and ADGM set rules on handling personal data. OpenAI states that business plans such as Team and Enterprise do not use customer data for model training by default, but your internal policy and legal advice should set the limits. Every workshop I run includes clear safe-input rules.
Do you run ChatGPT workshops in Arabic in Abu Dhabi?
I deliver in English and include Arabic prompting practice, so teams see how ChatGPT drafts, translates and summarises in Arabic. If you need a programme taught fully in Arabic, Dubai Future Academy and Delphi AI Academy on this list are worth contacting. Many Abu Dhabi clients combine an English-led workshop with Arabic examples drawn from their own work.
How much does corporate ChatGPT training cost in the UAE?
There is no single figure. Cost depends on group size, the number of days, how much content is customised for your sector, and whether delivery is on-site or virtual. Public courses and in-house programmes are priced very differently too. Share your headcount and goals with any provider on this page and ask for a written proposal.
Should a UAE company train staff on ChatGPT Enterprise or the free version?
Train on the version people will actually use. If your organisation is rolling out ChatGPT Team or Enterprise, the training should cover workspace features, shared GPTs and admin controls. If staff currently use personal accounts, the priority is a usage policy and data rules first. I usually help clients settle that question before the first session.
