THE LIST
The 10 best Google Gemini trainers in Dubai and the UAE, in detail
Every name here had to show Gemini on its own course pages, either as a dedicated programme or as a tool taught hands-on, with delivery in or for the UAE. I gave extra weight to Arabic delivery, to trainers who understand mixed Google and Microsoft estates, which are common in Emirati firms, and to awareness of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
How to choose a Google Gemini trainer in Dubai and the UAE
- Which Workspace edition does your UAE entity hold, and does it include Gemini in Gmail, Docs and Sheets?
- Will the trainer show Arabic prompting in Gemini, not only English?
- How does the course handle files covered by the UAE PDPL or by DIFC and ADGM data rules?
- Are NotebookLM and Gems taught on your own documents rather than sample files?
- Can staff who also use Microsoft 365 learn where Gemini fits alongside it?
- Is there a post-workshop clinic once teams start using Gemini on live work?
CONTEXT
Gemini skills in Dubai: from leadership academies to the Workspace desk
Dubai has put AI education at the top of the org chart first. The Dubai AI Academy opened at the DIFC in April 2025 with a goal of training 10,000 leaders, working with Oxford Saïd Business School, Udacity and Minerva Project. Dubai Future Academy runs workplace generative AI courses in which Gemini is shown alongside other assistants, so many executives now arrive with a sense of what the tools can do before their teams ever open Gemini inside Docs or Gmail.
The gap sits one level down, with the people writing proposals, reconciling sheets and answering customer email every day. Retail, real estate, hospitality and family business groups across the Emirates often run Google Workspace, and Gemini is now part of most business editions, so the licence is frequently there before the skills are. Arabic output quality, the Federal PDPL and free zone data regimes are the questions UAE buyers raise most when they plan a Gemini rollout.
QUESTIONS
Google Gemini training in Dubai and the UAE: FAQ
Does Gemini in Google Workspace work well in Arabic for UAE teams?
Gemini handles Arabic for drafting, summarising and translation, and quality improves noticeably when the prompt itself is written in Arabic with clear context. In my UAE sessions I have people draft the same customer reply both ways, compare tone and accuracy, and then save the stronger version as a Gem so the whole team reuses it.
Is NotebookLM safe to use with internal Dubai company documents?
It depends on how your organisation accesses it. Under a Workspace business or enterprise agreement, Google states that customer data is not used to train its models, which differs from personal accounts. Check your admin settings and data classification first, then train staff on which documents may go in. I cover these boundaries in the lab itself.
Should a Dubai company on Microsoft 365 also train staff on Gemini?
Only if people genuinely use Google tools at work, for example a marketing team on Workspace or a group that standardised on Gemini for research. Mixed estates are common in the Emirates, and the useful training shows when each assistant fits a task. Teaching a tool nobody is licensed for rarely sticks, so start from your actual licences.
Can Gemini training for UAE staff lead to a Google certificate?
Yes, there are two common routes. Google AI Essentials on Coursera gives individuals a self-paced certificate, while NobleProg UAE prepares business leaders for the Google Cloud Generative AI Leader exam. Applied team workshops, mine included, focus on workflow change rather than an exam, so decide whether a credential or a measurable habit matters more.
How is a Gemini workshop for an Abu Dhabi or Dubai office priced?
Pricing varies with headcount, the number of sessions, how much material is built on your own documents and whether delivery is on site or online. I do not publish a standard rate, and neither do most serious providers. Send the same brief to two or three names on this list and compare written proposals.
