Indonesia's Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, Komdigi, published a National AI Roadmap white paper in August 2025 that puts AI talent and AI literacy at the centre of national planning. That has pushed employers to look beyond general awareness sessions towards tool-specific skills, and Claude has become one of the assistants companies now ask for by name, especially for long documents, reporting and analysis work.
The Claude training market here is a blend of Jakarta corporate trainers, Bahasa Indonesia online classes and international providers. A Claude-focused developer community also launched in Jakarta in June 2026, giving engineers a place to share Claude Code practice. How does Indonesia's PDP Law affect what staff can put into Claude?
Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection sets obligations for anyone processing personal data, so training should show staff how to anonymise customer records before using Claude. A good course also explains the difference between consumer accounts and business plans such as Claude Team or Enterprise. Your legal team should set the final rules; the trainer’s job is to make them practical.
