Thailand's AI skills target and a crowded Bangkok classroom scene
Thailand has set a goal of building AI skills for more than 10 million people by 2027, and the Ministry of Labour announced a partnership with Microsoft in November 2025 to train 150,000 workers in AI. Those programmes raise general literacy, which in turn creates demand for deeper, tool-specific courses once staff know what generative AI can do at work.

Is Claude Code training in Thailand available in Thai?
Yes. IMC Institute runs a two-day classroom Claude Code workshop in Bangkok, and FutureSkill offers Thai self-paced Claude Code material aimed at non-coders. If your engineering team works in English or includes regional colleagues, an English-language track may suit better. I teach in English, and I am happy to point you to a Thai-language provider when that is the better fit.
How should Thai companies handle the PDPA when staff use Claude?
The PDPA, formally the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, governs the collection and use of personal data, so training should cover consent, anonymisation and which Claude plan the company has approved. Staff need simple rules, for example removing names and ID numbers before pasting customer records. Ask any provider to align the exercises with your internal PDPA policy.
Can Thai government agencies get Claude training?
Some providers already serve the public sector, and AI Trainer Thailand reports training government PR teams. Public bodies usually need extra attention to procurement rules, document classification and approved tools, so check whether the agency’s IT policy allows Claude before training is booked.
