I usually meet operations and compliance leads before training so the exercises reflect the real permissions on each account.
Does the Data Privacy Act of 2012 apply to Claude use in Philippine companies?
Yes. The Data Privacy Act and guidance from the National Privacy Commission apply whenever personal information is processed, including through AI tools. Training should cover anonymising records, choosing business plans with suitable data terms, and keeping an internal policy that staff actually understand. Your data protection officer should sign off the rules before any team starts using Claude with customer information.
Can Claude training be scheduled for night-shift teams in Manila?
Many providers can arrange it, and live online formats make it easier. I have run sessions to suit shift patterns, including split cohorts so floor coverage is not affected.
