AI Training for Government Entities in Dubai — practised on your own documents
Dubai’s government has set some of the most ambitious AI goals anywhere. The work now sits with the teams who draft the circulars, answer the public and prepare the briefings — and they need practice on their own material, inside their entity’s rules.
I run hands-on AI sessions for government and semi-government teams in Dubai: summarising, drafting, service replies and briefings, practised on redacted documents, on the tools your entity has approved.

What a hands-on session for a government team looks like
Sessions are built around your entity’s own documents and approved tools, and every exercise includes the human check before anything is sent.
- Your entity’s approved AI tools and usage policy
- Redacted circulars, service FAQs, briefings or reports
- Two or three recurring tasks per participant
- Summaries of policies and circulars, with every point traced
- Arabic and English drafts of service replies for review
- A reusable assistant for one recurring task, within policy
- Two or three tasks each person hands to AI the next morning
- A one-page do and don’t aligned with entity policy
- A prompt library for your service area
- A 30-day review
Work out the return on your own numbers
I don’t publish other organisations’ savings, because I can’t verify what happened in their business after I left. This uses your inputs and updates live. Nothing is sent anywhere.

recovered capacity per year, at your own blended cost
Read this honestly. Recovered hours are worth money only if they go somewhere — more cases closed, faster turnaround, hiring you no longer need. That is why each engagement ends with a 30-day review of which outputs actually changed.
Where AI helps government teams in Dubai
Use cases I would raise in a first conversation — each practised on your own material and kept within policy.
A new circular read in full by every team affected.
A summary with each point traced to its clause, and a short note on what changes for your service.
Customer queries answered one by one from memory.
Draft replies in Arabic and English from your approved knowledge base, sent only after a staff member checks them.
Briefing notes assembled the night before a meeting.
A first draft from the source documents, with decisions and open questions set out for the official to finalise.
Monthly reports rebuilt by hand from several spreadsheets.
Commentary drafted from the data, with every number checked against its source before submission.
Tender documents and bids compared manually.
Requirements extracted into a comparison table, with evaluation decisions left to the committee.
Staff ask the same procedural questions every week.
A policy assistant that answers from approved documents only, and says when it does not know.
How this fits Dubai’s government AI programmes
The Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence, launched in April 2024 to support the D33 agenda, set the direction. Twenty-two government entities named Chief AI Officers in 2024, and in April 2026 Digital Dubai launched AI+ to train 50,000 government employees, with tracks for leaders, CAIOs, service owners and staff.
Those programmes build broad capability. A focused session complements them by practising one team’s actual tasks — the circulars it reads, the replies it writes, the reports it files — on the tools its entity has approved.
Government entities are excluded from the federal PDPL, so your entity’s own policies and Dubai’s AI principles and ethics guidance set the rules. Every session starts there: which tool is approved, what must never be entered, and who reviews output before it reaches the public.
Teams I work with
- Service and customer-happiness teams
- Policy, strategy and research units
- Communications and media offices
- HR, finance and procurement
- Leadership teams and CAIO offices
AI training modules for government teams
Built around your entity’s tools and policies. A full-day session usually covers four or five modules.
AI in government work
What AI is good and bad at, shown on a real circular or report from your entity.
Policy and safe use
Your entity’s policy turned into a one-page do and don’t, with realistic scenarios.
Summaries you can trust
Traceable summaries of long documents, and checking before anything is relied on.
Arabic and English drafting
Bilingual drafts of replies and FAQs, with native-speaker review as a defined step.
Briefings and reports
From source documents and data to a draft briefing an official can finalise.
A reusable assistant
One recurring task turned into an approved, reusable assistant.
Four ways to run it, all private to your organisation
Leadership briefing
What AI changes in your business, a live demonstration on your own material, and a ranked shortlist of use cases with owners.
Team working session
One function at your office, mostly hands-on work on redacted examples from participants’ own jobs.
Live online
Consecutive days on Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), for teams split across offices or emirates.
Coaching
Working sessions on a senior person’s own workload, ending with a reusable assistant on their licensed tool.
Engagements you can check yourself
I only name organisations with a public or published record of the work. Across a 17-year training career that adds up to 600+ organisations and 200,000+ professionals, with a 4.8/5 average post-session rating across 300+ surveyed participants.

Sessions on where AI is not the answer, as well as where it is.

Does this replace AI+ or the Dubai AI Academy?
No, it complements them. Those programmes build broad understanding and skills; a session with me practises one team’s actual tasks on the tools its entity has approved.
Which AI tools do you train government teams on?
Only the tools your entity has approved. If that is still being decided, sessions focus on safe practice and use-case selection rather than one specific tool.
Does the PDPL apply to government entities?
The federal PDPL excludes government bodies and their data. Your entity’s own policies and Dubai’s AI principles and ethics guidance apply instead, and sessions are built around them.
Can sessions run in Arabic?
Sessions run in English. Participants practise producing and checking Arabic and English output, with Arabic-speaking colleagues as the final reviewers.
Can you train leadership and CAIO offices?
Yes. Leadership briefings focus on use-case selection, risk and governance; CAIO offices often ask for a train-the-champion format so knowledge spreads inside the entity.
Do you work with semi-government companies?
Yes. Semi-government companies often sit under the PDPL or a free-zone regime rather than entity policy, so we confirm which rules apply first.
How is the training procured?
Training is delivered by Skillopedia FZC LLC, a registered UAE company. I can provide the documents your procurement team needs once the scope is agreed.
