Best AI Bootcamps in India (2026-27): Top 7 Compared

Quick answer: if you already write code, the best-value AI bootcamp in India right now is Codebasics’ Live AI Engineering Bootcamp: 12 weekends of live sessions and six graded projects for ₹42,000 including taxes (₹54,000 after 10 November). For a broader six-month programme with a low-code path, look at 100xEngineers. For an FDE-style cohort with in-person days in Goa and Bangalore, Masai Leap. On a tight budget, Krish Naik Academy (₹10,000). Not a coder? A bootcamp that makes you an engineer is the wrong tool; you need live, hands-on training on your own work.

Know the format

What counts as an AI bootcamp, and what does not

“Bootcamp” is used loosely in India. In this guide it means a fixed-date, live cohort where you build working AI systems every week, with deadlines and feedback. A self-paced video course is not a bootcamp, however it is marketed.

FormatWhat you getTypical lengthExamples here

A course teaches at your pace; a bootcamp sets the pace and makes you ship. Compare live hours and graded projects, not the number of weeks: twelve weekends of three-hour sessions is roughly 70 live hours. If you want an IIT or IIM certificate instead, see our guides to the best generative AI courses in India and the best agentic AI courses.

For each bootcamp: what you build, who it suits, format, fee, next cohort, certificate, pros and cons, and anything to check before you pay. Every fact links to the provider’s own page.

1Codebasics: Live AI Engineering Bootcamp

Codebasics · live online cohort · weekends

Best for: software engineers with two or more years of experience who want to ship production AI systems without leaving their job

Codebasics, known for its data and AI YouTube channel, runs this as a tightly scheduled live cohort for working engineers. Over 12 weekends you build six systems to what the provider calls a production bar, from a legal RAG bot to an IT helpdesk agent using MCP and a voice agent with sub-second responses, then present a final project to mentors and peers. The stack is the one AI engineering teams use in 2026: Python, LangChain and LangGraph, Qdrant for vector search, Docling for document parsing and LangSmith for tracing.

We rank it first because the weekly plan is public, the price includes taxes, there is a genuine refund window, and the schedule fits an Indian working week. Cohort 4 began on 25 October; late joiners get the first three sessions as recordings.

FormatLive online; Saturdays and Sundays, 5:00 to 8:00 pm IST; recordings for one year
Length12 weekends (25 Oct 2026 to 16 Jan 2027), 23 live sessions of three hours
Fee₹42,000 incl. taxes until 10 Nov 2026, then ₹54,000; EMI available
ProjectsSix graded builds plus a final showcase
RefundFull refund until the end of the day after your first two live sessions
Job helpProvider says the bootcamp focuses on skills and portfolio; the bundled AI Engineering & DS Bootcamp 4.0 adds resume, LinkedIn and mock-interview support

Pros

  • Public week-by-week plan and stack
  • Price shown including taxes
  • Clear refund window

Cons

  • Not for freshers: the provider advises against joining with under two years of coding
  • Three months of weekend evenings

Check before you enrol: certificate details are not stated on the cohort page, so ask if a certificate matters to your employer.

2100xEngineers: Applied GenAI Cohort

100xEngineers (Codible Ventures) · online · 24 weeks

Best for: builders, product managers and founders who want a broad six-month applied GenAI programme, with a code or low-code path

The broadest curriculum on this list. It starts with image and video generation (ComfyUI, Flux, Wan), moves through full-stack foundations with Python or n8n, then an LLM deep dive (tool calling and MCP, RAG, fine-tuning with PEFT, evaluation) and finally AI agents with the OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK and Google ADK. You choose a career track (projects, interview prep) or an entrepreneur track (incubation, demo day).

FormatOnline: live classes, recorded lectures and projects
Length24 weeks; 150+ hours of live learning
Fee₹1,59,490 (shown against ₹1,79,490); EMI from ₹13,290 a month for 12 months; seat reservation ₹20,000
Next cohortCohort 9 starts 4 Dec 2026
CertificateProfessional certificate

Pros

  • Code and low-code paths

3Masai Leap: AI Forward Deployed Engineer Cohort

Masai · hybrid: Goa, online, Bangalore

Best for: engineers with at least a year of experience who want an FDE-style bootcamp with in-person stretches and a real company brief

A 12-week cohort that opens with a four-day residency in Goa, runs ten weeks online (data pipelines and APIs, legacy systems and cloud, CI/CD, RAG with evaluations, agents over MCP, security and cost), and ends with a three-day hackathon in Bangalore on a partner company’s problem. Client-engagement sessions on stakeholders, bad news and compliance run alongside the technical work, which is what the forward deployed engineer role demands.

Only learners who score at least 45% across evaluations and attend at least 65% of sessions are invited to Bangalore. Masai’s own FAQ says this is not a placement programme and does not guarantee a job.

Format4 days in Goa, 10 weeks online, 3-day Bangalore hackathon for those who qualify
Starts6 Dec 2026
Fee₹1,50,000 + GST; ₹999 non-refundable application fee; ₹5,000 seat reservation adjusted against the fee
IncludedShared rooms and scheduled meals during the Goa and Bangalore stays
Not includedTravel, cloud and API credits, laptop
Eligibility1+ year of hands-on technical experience; selection after application review

Pros

  • In-person days and a real company brief
  • Client skills taught alongside code
  • Honest about not being a placement programme

Cons

  • Travel costs extra
  • Not everyone reaches the Bangalore phase

Check before you enrol: if your goal is to learn the FDE role first, read the forward deployed engineer roadmap before you apply.

Hitesh Motwani: AI Operator Bootcamp for teams and the live AI Accelerator Program

Best for: non-coders, managers and company teams who want to use AI on their own work rather than become AI engineers

We list this honestly as a different kind of bootcamp. The other six mostly turn developers into AI engineers. Hitesh Motwani, author of Generative AI 360°, trains the people who run the business: sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations and leadership teams. He has trained 200,000+ professionals across 16+ countries, and his corporate clients include Google, Microsoft and Tata Group.

In his sessions people bring real emails, reports, proposals, spreadsheets and decks, complete them with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or no-code agents while he reviews their prompts and output, and leave with workflows they use the next morning. Time saved by a whole team compounds, so the organisation executes faster. Companies get a private AI Operator Bootcamp shaped around their own processes; individuals join the live AI Accelerator Program, which needs no coding.

Pros

  • Practice on your own tasks, with feedback
  • Several AI tools, not one vendor
  • Private cohorts for one company

Cons

  • Not an engineering bootcamp
  • Team fees quoted, not listed

Developer teams can ask about Claude Code training or FDE corporate training, both built around your own codebase and use cases. Individual engineers can take the FDE course as 1-to-1 coaching.

Disclosure: this guide is published on Hitesh Motwani’s own site, and he is listed at number 4 as live training for non-coders and teams. Every other entry was checked on the provider’s own page in October 2026.

5Newton School: AI Engineering Program

Newton School · online · weekends · 16 weeks

Best for: software developers who want a structured, weekend-only programme with lifetime recordings

A 16-week programme for working developers, preceded by a pre-recorded phase on Python, APIs and Git. The live phases move from LLM engineering and RAG copilots to GraphRAG, multi-agent workflows with human-in-the-loop approval, AI infrastructure (inference serving, observability, cost engineering and model routing) and finally AI platform design. Classes run on weekends only, and Newton says recordings stay available for life.

Format100% online: live expert-led weekend sessions plus guided self-paced learning
Length16 weeks, plus a pre-recorded foundations phase
Fee₹1.5 lakh incl. taxes; EMI from ₹5,000 a month
Next cohortNot shown on the page; ask the counsellor
CertificateNewton School certificate
ExtrasAI mock interviews, a hackathon, GitHub and resume session

Pros

  • Clear phase-by-phase syllabus
  • Weekend-only schedule
  • Lifetime recordings

Cons

  • No cohort date published
  • Costs about three times Codebasics for a similar length

Check before you enrol: the page also lists a free “Anthropic SDE Certification”. Anthropic’s own certifications are open only to staff at Claude Partner Network firms, so ask exactly what is included before you count on it.

6Krish Naik Academy: Complete AI System Design and Infrastructure Bootcamp

Krish Naik Academy · live online · weekends

Best for: budget-conscious engineers who want depth in inference, self-hosting and production AI

Krish Naik is one of India’s best-known AI educators on YouTube, and his academy prices live cohorts far below the market. This one covers the AI-native development lifecycle with coding agents, always-on agent fleets, inference engineering (GPU sizing, vLLM, SGLang, quantisation), self-hosting and fine-tuning open models, on-device AI on Android and iOS, multimodal RAG, and Hindi and English voice agents. You finish with six deployed systems, according to the page.

FormatLive online; Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 to 11:00 pm IST
Length6.5 months
Starts3 Jan 2027
Fee₹10,000 incl. GST
PrerequisitesPython or JavaScript, Git and the command line; basic LLM knowledge
Extra costsA cloud account with billing for GPU labs; a paid AI coding agent plan is recommended

Pros

  • Lowest fee of the paid options
  • Very current, production-heavy stack

Cons

  • Late-night slots for six months
  • Cloud, GPU and tool costs on top

Check before you enrol: certificate details are not stated on the page. The academy’s AI Forward Deployed Engineer Bootcamp began on 4 October 2026, so it is too late to join that one.

Placement claims

AI bootcamps with job placement: how to read the promises

“Best AI bootcamp in India with job placement” is one of the most searched variants of this question. Here is what the providers above actually say, and what to ask anyone who promises more.

What the seven say

Masai Leap states plainly that its FDE cohort is not a placement programme and does not guarantee a job. Codebasics says its live bootcamp focuses on skills and portfolio, with resume and interview support in the bundled self-paced bootcamp. 100xEngineers offers a career track and a job board. None of the seven promises you a job, and we do not either.

Questions to ask

How many people started the last cohort and how many finished? Of those who were job-hunting, how many changed roles within six months, and at what kind of company? Is the “average package” a median or a mean, and does it include people who already had jobs? Ask for the answer in writing.

Red flags

A “100% placement” or “guaranteed salary hike” claim with no published data, an income-share agreement you have not read in full, pressure to pay a deposit the same day, and alumni logos with no names behind them.

What gets people hired is proof: two or three working AI systems they can demo and explain. For the roles these bootcamps feed into, and what each one pays, see our guide to the highest-paying AI jobs in India.

How to choose

How to choose an AI bootcamp that is worth the fee

Answer four questions before you pay: can I code, what do I want to build, when can I actually attend, and what will I show at the end?

Match it to your starting point

Engineers with two or more years: Codebasics, Newton School or Krish Naik Academy. Engineers aiming at client-facing FDE work: Masai Leap. Product people and founders: 100xEngineers’ low-code path. Non-coders: an AI operator programme, not an engineering bootcamp.

Check the timetable, not the brochure

Weekend evenings for three to six months is the real cost. Put every session in your calendar before you pay. If you will miss more than a quarter of them live, recordings alone rarely carry you through.

Price the whole thing

Add GST if it is not included, cloud and API credits, a paid AI coding tool, travel for in-person phases, and EMI interest. A ₹10,000 bootcamp with ₹8,000 of GPU bills is still cheap; a ₹1.5 lakh one with travel is not.

The case for a private bootcamp for your team

Public bootcamps teach on generic projects. When a company wants AI used across a team, a private cohort on the team’s own work moves faster: people bring their own reports, proposals, spreadsheets and customer emails, finish them with AI under supervision, and leave with workflows they use the next morning. The time saved compounds across the team, and the organisation executes faster. If that is what you need, tell us about your team or see the AI Operator Bootcamp. If you would rather compare trainers than programmes, see our list of the top AI trainers in India.

A sample path

From curious to bootcamp graduate with proof

A realistic path for a working professional, using the free and paid options above. The point is to finish with work you can show, not a pile of certificates.

1

Weeks 1–2: Test before you pay

Work through the free Google x Kaggle agents guide and build one small thing. If you enjoyed it, you will enjoy a bootcamp; if not, you saved the fee.

2

Weeks 3–4: Shortlist and interview

Pick two bootcamps from the table. Attend a free masterclass or counselling call for each, ask the placement questions above, and read the refund policy.

3

Weeks 5–16: Build every week

Treat the cohort like a second job: attend live, submit every project, and keep a public repository or write-up for each build.

4

After the cohort: Show the proof

Polish your two strongest projects, write a short case study for each (problem, approach, result, what broke), and use them in interviews or internal pitches.

Not ready for a cohort yet? Follow the free AI learning path, or start with our guides to Claude Code courses and n8n and AI automation courses.

Syllabus checklist

What a good AI bootcamp should cover in 2026

Hold any syllabus against this list. A bootcamp that is still mostly prompt tricks and 2023 chatbots, or skips evaluation and security, is out of date.

FAQ

AI bootcamps in India: questions answered

For working software engineers, Codebasics’ Live AI Engineering Bootcamp offers the best value we found: 12 weekends, 23 live sessions and six graded projects for ₹42,000 including taxes (₹54,000 after 10 November 2026). For a broader six-month programme, 100xEngineers; for an FDE-style cohort with in-person days, Masai Leap. The best choice depends on whether you code and what you want to build.

From free (Google and Kaggle’s self-paced intensive) to about ₹1.6 lakh. In October 2026: Krish Naik Academy ₹10,000 incl. GST, Codebasics ₹42,000–54,000 incl. taxes, Newton School ₹1.5 lakh incl. taxes, Masai Leap FDE ₹1.5 lakh plus GST, and 100xEngineers ₹1,59,490. Add cloud credits, tools and any travel.

None of the seven bootcamps here guarantees a job. Masai says its FDE cohort is not a placement programme. Codebasics offers resume, LinkedIn and mock-interview support through its bundled self-paced bootcamp, and 100xEngineers has a career track and job board. Treat any guarantee with published-data scepticism.

They are worth it if you attend live, finish the projects and come out with work you can demo. They are not worth it if you will watch recordings months later. A cheap way to find out is to complete a free intensive first and see whether you enjoy building.

Most engineering bootcamps expect coding: Codebasics advises at least two years, Masai Leap asks for a year of hands-on technical experience. 100xEngineers has a low-code path with n8n. If you want AI to help with your own job rather than to become an engineer, a no-code programme such as Hitesh Motwani’s AI Accelerator Program is the better fit.

A bootcamp focused on AI agents: systems that plan, call tools and complete multi-step tasks. Look for agents built with SDKs such as OpenAI Agents, Claude Agent SDK or Google ADK, tools connected over MCP, human approval steps and evaluation. Newton School, 100xEngineers and Codebasics all cover agents; Kaggle’s free intensive is agent-focused.

A cohort that turns software engineers into AI engineers: LLM APIs, RAG, agents, evaluation, deployment, cost and latency. Codebasics’ Live AI Engineering Bootcamp and Newton School’s AI Engineering Program are the clearest examples on this list.

Google does not run a programme called an AI bootcamp in India. The closest options are the free Google x Kaggle 5-Day AI Agents Intensive, now self-paced, and Google DeepMind’s free 56-hour AI Research Foundations curriculum on Google Skills, launched in India in July 2026 for learners who know Python.

Online live cohorts suit working professionals and cost less. In-person days, as in Masai Leap’s Goa and Bangalore phases, build focus and relationships but add travel. What matters most is live attendance and weekly deadlines, whichever format you choose.

The bootcamps here run from about 12 weeks (Codebasics, Masai Leap) to 16 weeks (Newton School) and six months or more (100xEngineers, Krish Naik Academy). Expect six to ten hours a week including project work.

Choose a bootcamp if you want to build and ship quickly at a lower fee. Choose an IIT or IIM certificate if the institute name matters to your employer and you can commit five to twelve months. Our guide to agentic AI courses compares the IIT options.

Yes. Hitesh Motwani runs private AI Operator Bootcamps for companies, onsite in India and the UAE or live online, built around the team’s own processes and data. Fees are quoted per engagement; send your team’s details through the form on this page.

Some do: 100xEngineers gives a professional certificate, Newton School its own certificate, and Hitesh’s programme a Skillopedia completion certificate. Codebasics, Masai Leap and Krish Naik Academy do not state one on the pages we checked. None of these is a proctored vendor certification; for those, see our guide to AI certifications in India.
